I’m looking for a good mac visual file comparison tool similar to examdiff on Windows, I’ve been told that filemerge is a good one and comes with the developer tools from the apple site. I’ve signed up for a free account but I cannot seem to find the correct package to download.

Failing this, can anyone recommend a good VISUAL file comparison tool on the Mac? I appreciate that terminal can do this, but it doesn’t fall into my classification of a VISUAL application wink

Many thanks

Chris.

I prefer to use BBEdit for file comparison. Under Search > Find differences you can compare files, or folders. It’s useful when you update something like CI.
