Hi.  We have a dating website that was created with CI.  We want to duplicate it for a different URL and change the design/graphics.  Is it easier to clone a site as opposed to creating it and designing it from scratch?  We’ll be looking for someone to help us on the job board here and also on a freelancer site, but before posting an ad, we want to get an idea of time and cost.  Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
