I need your help in my problem , when I make some kind of url like this :-

http://localhost/ci/index.php/test/print/خبر-رقم-واحد.html

the problem when printing the “خبر-رقم-واحد” which is the uri var it appears as the following :-

as hexa decimal charachters as the pic in this link http://e-snipers.com/ci-error.jpg , I tried to change the header encoding of the view file to utf-8 but it does not change anything

any help ?
