Do you ever get frustrated when developing or programming a new project? I do constantly, and usually I take my frustrations out by complaining to another developer friend on chat. Thats when this idea hit me! What if we could all share our annoying and funny frustrations with the world? Well soon we will all be able to! Check out my latest project at http://devwhine.com Enter. your email address accordingly and be notified of our launch, which will be very happening shortly.

Stay tuned for more info!

I want to hear some juicy stories from people on this forum!

I’ll play first I guess…

I recently was developing a Facebook Tab Application for a client (I’ll leave the name out of it for obvious reasons). The client insisted that the Facebook Tab Application must work on all mobile devices. I informed them politely that Facebook does not support the tab app via their mobile apps or mobile website, so viewing the tab app on mobile would not be possible. They responded with…“Well then you need to figure out a way to make it work?”. I guess they assume I was good friends with Mark, and I could just snap my fingers and make features appear out of thin air. We eventually (after several days of halting the launch) agreed upon a hacked solution, where all mobile users would be redirect to a mobile web version of the tab app (outside of Facebook obviously).

Don’t have a gripe, but I love the line numbers in the design… very clever.

Thanks! I figured that would be a nice touch to make the design more “developer friendly”. Share this with other developer friends you have, whom might not frequent this board. This will definitely be one for everyone to enjoy!
