Category group assigned to entries display in the order the category groups were entered.

For example:

Cat Group 1 = Gender

Cat Group 2 = Age

Cat Group 3 = State

What’s the easiest way to list them as 2, 3 then 1 when entering an entry.

If there’s not a plugin, what tables would I have to change manually? This is more or less a one time need. There are bound to be some things during the project I’m working on that will pop up later. But I want to be able to re-org how the Cat Groups are listed in an entry when it’s all said and done.
