Your paths are incorrect. You have:

when this works instead:

http://shopbusiness.co.uk/images/uploads/products/IMG_0901.jpg

Sorry for your trouble! The process for Moving ExpressionEngine to Another Server is officially documented in the User Guide now!

As Stephen notes, make sure your paths are file paths, not URLs - there is a distinct difference.
