Just checking I will get support?

Forgive the double post, but I am worried that my support request re PHP errors in the control panel may have gone unnoticed somehow.

It’s a fairly urgent issue for me and the client, which I posted a while ago, and has slipped down to page 3 without a response.

(Didn’t want to update the original post as I think I recall being told a while ago that this could cause it to be de-prioritised?)

If I didn’t provide enough information, or there is some other problem with my support request, please let me know.

Let me assure you that your post is not going unnoticed. I am very sorry if you felt that way, we are working hard and doing our best to get to all the tickets in a timely manner. We aim for as quick as possible but sometimes it may take a day or two to get back to you due to the volume of cases.

As I mentioned, we respond to the threads in the order they arrive. That means we will get back to your ticket. And please know that threads are no de-prioritised in any way, that information is incorrect. grin

Your issues are important to us Zack, we just need to be fair and get to all the tickets that come in. You did provide a good amount of information and in fact did all that you needed to do.
