I purchased Freelancer on Jan 14th (Order number - 66706-67100-22832-12188) and tested it out.  Turns out EE is not quite what we were looking for.  I sent an email requesting a refund on Jan 17th and have not had a reply.  Could you please check the status of this refund and let me know.
