This was caused by BGP rerouting, as our Minneapolis data center provider was having random issues with one of their core routers. As posted in our news in our hosting control panel, they have identified the actual issue and that core router is being routed around until parts are replaced and fully tested. They will likely schedule to reintegrate the router back in late at night as BGP routing will cause moments of routing instability, or latency/connection issues for a few minutes depending on where you are coming from/how requests are being routed across the net. Each event lasted less than 1 to 3 minutes in duration based on our remote testing systems reporting in.
