Anyway, Cafe Oliver it is
But be warned! I had an informal meeting there once, and it was quite noisy. Hard to have a conversation with more than 2 people.

Okay - and it is a Friday night.
If we can commit to the date, I’ll see if I can find a quieter place in the interim (unless we’re fine with this for the first time).
Who’s in?

Sorry, sorry - I’ve been chasing a new client around (e-commerce and reservation system, in 3 weeks… yeah, okay) but I’ll go down there today or tomorrow.

Took a walk around yesterday and spoke to a few cafes, and the general consensus is:
1) They can’t tell what the crowd will be like - very dependent on the weather these days
2) Friday at 6 is still reasonably quiet, expect noise by 7:30-8
iii) But it’s a Friday.
Perhaps just to get things started, keeping it close to the station is a good idea. If it gets too noisy we can move to Stoombierbrouwerij Oudaen on the gracht or the King Arthur next to it - between the three, we’ll have some choice.

A subtle reminder to all - This friday, 6pm, Cafe Oliver in Utrecht, next to the station.
Please put your hand up if you’re stopping by…

Friday would be the 5th
I’d love to be there but I’m still not sure if I can make it.

And I’m now down with a honking-great cold. Ugh.
Why don’t we postpone it a week or two, then it’ll be less of a surprise Would waiting a week or two be better for everyone?
