I was a professional carpenter while I studied Biochemistry with a focus on mosquito vector disease. After I came to Argentina I realized that biochem here is analysis of urine and blood and said no way. I started coding as the reporting SQL/Crystal specialist at a call center, and kept going as the project Manager at Santex.
I want to see CodeIgniter get the recognition that it deserves… after struggling to lead teams condemned to work in Drupal, Symfony, and Zend, its a breath of fresh air to be able to convince a client to let us develope in CodeIgniter for half the time/cost and less retainer fees afterwards.
