What is covered during the course?
During this 8-session online course, we’ll take you from the basic concepts like installation, building templates, properly setting up channels, categories, and custom fields to more advanced techniques including using dynamic relationships, adding jQuery effects, setting up powerful workflow and SEO foundation, and integrating 3rd party applications and databases. We’ll also touch upon hosting choices, site optimization, effective data import & entry, managing large content database, and deploying single or multiple-sites.

Although registration is open to everyone, the course will most benefit freelancers looking to offer EE services, an agency looking to leverage EE for future projects, or a “DIY” small business owner or individual professional who’d like to build his or her own site.

About the Webinar
During the 1 hour session, Jae will go over the various aspects of working with EE, from the initial setup and fundamental concepts to some of the more advanced techniques and powerful ideas including jQuery, SEO, HD video streaming, and integrating Magento eCommerce platform. Presentation will include real-world examples from past and current projects, followed by a lively Q&A session.
